Secure processing of your personal data is of paramount importance and its protection is a matter of course for us. Therefore, we have taken appropriate technical, organisational and personal measures corresponding to the way we process your personal data so that it is maximally protected and its processing is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended.
Your personal data is safe with us. To prevent unauthorised access and misuse of your personal data, we have put appropriate measures in place, both technical and organisational. This Privacy Policy provides you with information about what personal data we collect about you, on what legal basis we process it, for what purposes we use it, how long we keep it, and to whom we may pass it on. In this Privacy Policy we also provide you with information about your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

Information on personal data processing

    1. Identification data of the controller and of the responsible person

COHEEN s. r. o., with registered office at Pod Gaštanmi 4, 821 07 Bratislava, ID no: 53 578 970, registered in the Business Register maintained by the Municipal Court Bratislava III in sec. Sro, File No. 150 711/B (hereinafter referred to as "COHEEN"), which processes personal data under the conditions set out below. COHEEN has appointed the following as its responsible representative:

    2. Personal data we process
        2.1. Personal data that you provide us - we process personal data that you provide us, especially when: creating an account (during registration), filling in the order form when making a purchase in the shopping cart (namely name and surname, telephone number, home address, or delivery address, e-mail address, payment method, a note on the order entered by you), we also process personal data that we obtain directly from you by giving your consent to receive information emails (Newsletter).
        2.2. Personal data of third parties that you provide to us - if you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is your responsibility to inform the person concerned and to secure their consent to this Privacy Policy.
        2.3. Personal data that we process automatically - when you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as your IP address, the date and time you accessed our website, information about your internet browser, operating system or your language settings. We may also process information about your behaviour on our website, i.e., e.g., what links you visit on our website and which products you are shown. However, information about your behaviour on the website is anonymised for reasons of maximum privacy and therefore we are not able to attribute it to a specific user, i.e., a specific person. If you access our website from a mobile phone or similar device or through one of our mobile applications, we may also process information about your mobile device (data about your mobile phone, any records of application crashes, etc.).
        2.4. Please note that we use "cookies" on the website of our online shop. Cookies are text files that contain information that allow frequent visitors to be identified for the sole purpose of their visit to www.b2b-coheen.sk. Cookies do not contain any personal data about the buyer. COHEEN obtains cookies for the following purposes and for the following reasons:
            2.4.1. through cookies, it records the total number of visitors to the online shop's website in aggregate form, which enables the seller to update and improve the online shop's website,
            2.4.2. COHEEN uses cookies to better understand how the online shop website is used and to enable better navigation on the website. For example, cookies allow COHEEN to determine whether you have visited an online shop's website before or whether you are visiting the website for the first time. By placing an order, the customer/buyer gives consent to COHEEN to use and collect cookies, and the use of the relevant settings of a web browser or other computer program is also deemed to be such consent under the Electronic Communications Act.
        2.5. We only use cookies with your consent. To prevent the use of cookies, you only need to activate the private browsing function in your browser before visiting the website. In this case, however, it is possible that some parts of the website will not be displayed correctly, it will be more difficult for you to browse and you will not be able to see the content that is tailored to your needs.
        2.6. We place camera systems in our premises located in Bratislava at Pod Gaštanmi 4 to protect our legitimate interests in order to protect both our and your property. If you visit our premises, we will process the CCTV footage on which you may be captured. Areas where cameras are placed are always properly marked with a warning sign. We process the camera recordings for a period of 14 days from the date of such record.

    3. We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal basis:
        3.1. Delivery of the goods selected by you, handling of your possible complaints or withdrawal from the contract, verification of the availability of the product
In this case, data processing means all activities from the registration of your order, its processing, including payment and delivery of the ordered goods. We process your personal data for purposes related to the performance of our obligation to deliver the goods you have purchased on our website, in particular so that we can properly deliver the goods to you, communicate with you and handle any complaints. For this purpose, we process your following personal data: first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address if different from the billing address, data about the purchased goods and data related to the payment for the goods (account number, amount paid, date of crediting the payment to COHEEN's account) and, in the case of complaints or withdrawal from the contract, also data about the goods claimed and the data you provided when making a claim. We are unable to deliver any goods to you without such personal data. For the above purposes, we process personal data based on legal basis, which is the performance of a contract to which you are a party.
        3.2. Managing and improving our services
Your personal data is also used to enable us to manage, improve and develop our services by, among other things, analysing it. In order to improve our services and for training purposes, we use, among other things, telephone calls that take place with our customer service line. When communicating with our customer service line, please note that your call may be recorded. At the start of the call, you will be informed of the possibility of the call being recorded, and that by continuing the call after this has been notified, you are giving us your consent to record it. We process your personal data for the above purposes on the basis of legitimate interest.
        1. Prevention of fraud and compliance with legal obligations
We closely monitor how our services are used to ensure a high level of privacy. We do this mainly to be able to detect and prevent fraud and abuse of our services and so that you can use our services without any fear. In some cases, we process your personal data to comply with legal requirements. For the above purpose, we process personal data on the basis of the legal title of legitimate interest and on the basis of the legal title of compliance with a legal obligation.
        2. Feedback and important service changes
We also use your personal data to obtain feedback from you on the performance of our services. From time to time, we will also notify you of important changes to our services. For the above purposes, we process personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest.
        3. Personalisation of our services
Our aim is to ensure that what we offer you through and in connection with our services corresponds as closely as possible to what you are really interested in. That way we may use your personal data to better understand this, or at least try to do so (through analytics and profiling). This also allows us to tailor our communication to you to make it as relevant and interesting as possible. For the above purpose, we process personal data on the basis of the legal title of a legitimate interest.
        4. Marketing communications (direct marketing)
We also use your personal data to send you information about offers that may be of interest to you. Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is based on the principle of voluntariness and your personal account settings on our website. You can change your settings for receiving marketing messages at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our email messages or simply by emailing us at: sales@coheen.eu We process personal data for the above purposes on the basis of a legitimate interest.
        5. In the case of customer care
If you contact us with a question/problem, we need to process your data to answer/resolve it. In some cases, personal data may also be transferred to third parties (e.g. the carrier of your goods). COHEEN processes the following personal data for the purpose of resolving customer complaints: first name, last name, the data provided in the complaint and, depending on the manner in which the customer submitted the complaint, the customer's address, telephone number or e-mail address. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR Regulation. Processing of your personal data is necessary to resolve your complaint. Personal data is processed for the period until your complaint is resolved.
        6. Processing by consent
In some cases, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent - the purpose and further information regarding such processing is always set out within the information we provide to you at the time we ask for such consent.
        7. CCTV system
As we have informed you above, our premises located in Bratislava at Pod Gaštanmi 4 are monitored by a camera system to protect our legitimate interests in order to protect both our and your property. For the above purposes, we process personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest. You may object to this processing at any time.
        8. Exercise of rights and legal claims and control by public authorities
We may also process your personal data because we need it to exercise our rights and legal claims (e.g., if you have an outstanding claim against us). Furthermore, we may also process your personal data because we need it for the purposes of inspections carried out by public authorities and for other similarly compelling reasons.

    2. Transfer of personal data to third parties
        1. We share your personal data with the following recipients
            1.1. if you choose to make a payment by credit card, we never process data relating to such payment and your interaction is only with the relevant payment gateway operator;
            1.2. with our suppliers, in particular those who arrange the transport of your orders, suppliers of IT, hosting and marketing services, providers of statistical, database and other software tools and, where applicable, other entities that provide their services to us.
            1.3. we may be required by law to share your personal data without your consent with third parties (for example, law enforcement authorities, etc.) under certain circumstances. This is our legal obligation.
        2. We pass your personal data to the carrier when delivering the goods, your chosen carrier would never be able to deliver the ordered goods to you if we did not pass them the details of where and to whom they should deliver the goods. We will pass on this data to the carrier as you make it available to us. The data thus transmitted includes, in particular, your name and surname, delivery address, and a telephone number at which the carrier can contact you. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data that we transmit to it only for the purpose of delivery of the goods and to delete the personal data without delay thereafter.
        3. COHEEN as the data controller, its employees and contractual intermediaries, in particular companies providing IT services, programming services, e-shop management and bookkeeping, may also have access to personal data. For example, they may be external companies managing our systems or other services ensuring the proper operation of the company and the processing of personal data. We have concluded a contract with these processors for the processing of personal data and they are also bound by strict rules for the protection of personal data, including the observance of confidentiality, so that the highest possible standard of legal protection corresponding to the requirements of the applicable legislation in the Slovak Republic is observed. 
        4. COHEEN does not hold details of the credit cards you use to pay with us. Only the secure payment gateway and the relevant banking institution have your payment card details. If you have stored your payment card to speed up further purchases on our online shop, we only have basic information such as the first and last few digits of your payment card.
        5. Cookies and retargeting
As we have informed you, we use cookies on our website, i.e., short text files that are stored on your computer when you load the www.b2b-coheen.sk website. Thanks to cookies we can identify the way in which you interact with the content of the website and thus personalize our communication to you.
Consent to the placement of cookies is voluntary. You can block some or all the cookies or delete those that have already been set. Detailed information about cookies and the possibility of blocking them in different types of web browsers can be found at www.aboutcookies.org or on the websites of individual browsers. However, please note that if you block or delete cookies sent from our website that are strictly necessary or ensure functionality and performance, you may not be able to use the site.
Our website uses retargeting technologies provided by external advertising systems. This allows us to show visitors to our website who have already expressed an interest in our products, based on the use of cookies, our targeted advertisements on various advertising networks. It is possible to opt out of targeted advertising.
    2. Period for which we process your personal data
        1. You have given your consent to COHEEN for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a further 10 years from the termination of such contractual relationship or until such time as you withdraw your consent.
        2. In the case of processing of personal data for which consent has been given, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 10 years or until such consent is withdrawn.
        3. Recordings of telephone calls are retained for a short period of time, but no longer than 1 year, unless it is necessary for us to retain the recordings for a longer period of time due to a legitimate interest (e.g., in case of suspected misuse of data, fraud, etc.). We keep the camera recordings for a period of 14 days from the date of such record.
        4. Upon termination of the cooperation and after the expiration of the statutory guarantee period, the personal data will be deleted, unless there are legal regulations governing the company's business activities and tax, accounting or archiving obligations that would require the retention of personal data, in which case the personal data will be deleted after a period of 10 years following the year of termination of the contractual cooperation.
        5. COHEEN processes the personal data you have entered in your enquiry only for the necessary time until your enquiry has been answered or the individual email communication has been completed.
        6. COHEEN processes the data obtained by enabling cookies for the entire duration of the consent to the use of cookies, i.e., for as long as you enable the storage of cookies on your browser, or until you object to the processing of personal data for this purpose or withdraw your consent.

    2. Your rights in relation to the protection of your personal data
        2.1. You have the right to the information set out in this policy.
        2.2. If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable legislation, in violation of your rights and freedoms, you have the right to request 

an explanation and to request that we rectify the non-compliant situation (e.g., correction, blocking, completion, destruction). Under the legislation, you have the right to:
            2.2.1. Right of access - You can ask us to send you an overview of your personal data and at the same time you have the right to access this information regarding your personal data:
    • what are the purposes of processing your personal data,
    • what are the categories of personal data concerned,
    • who, apart from us, is the recipient of your personal data,
    • the intended period for which your personal data will be stored,
    • whether you have the right to request us to rectify or erase your personal data or to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data,
    • information about the source of the personal data if we have not obtained it from you.
            2.2.2. Right to rectification - Has your personal data changed? Are we processing your outdated or inaccurate personal data? Please inform us and we will correct your personal data.
            2.2.3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) - We are obliged to erase your personal data at your instruction in certain cases specified by law. In this case, we are obliged to evaluate whether the conditions required by law for deletion are met, because in some statutory cases we are obliged to store and archive your data for the statutory period, even though you would have requested the deletion of the data in question.
            2.2.4. Right to restriction of processing - if you wish us to process your personal data only for the most necessary legal reasons or to block your personal data.
            2.2.5. Right to data portability - if you wish us to provide your personal data to another data controller, another company, you can ask us to transfer your data in an appropriate format, provided that we are not prevented from doing so by any legal or other significant obstacles.
            2.2.6. Right to object - should you become aware or believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the protection of your private and personal life or in breach of the law, please contact us and ask us to explain or remedy the situation.
            2.2.7. The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority

COHEEN cares about the security of your personal data. They are handled in full compliance with applicable law, including the GDPR Regulation. COHEEN regularly reviews the currency of these rules. The current version of this Policy is available at www.b2b-coheen.sk If this Policy is materially changed, COHEEN will prominently notify its customers.
